Shipping & Returns

Once your order is placed, we begin producing and fulfilling your items, which typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. We proudly ship worldwide, and every order includes a tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unwashed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

I just bought this beautiful coffee mug and I absolutely love it. It makes me proud to be Albanian even while I’m drinking my morning coffee and enjoying a nice football game. My “I Am Shqiptar Mug” greets me almost every morning, I say almost because I also have my “GOAT” mug and I try to use them evenly so neither get jealous, loll. I am very happy with the products I've purchased with shqipful. So farI've bought four mugs, a T Shirt and a sweater. They're all of good quality and I just love the design. I really enjoy having my coffee or tea from a mug with Queen Teuta or Marigona on it. Well done, guys. I hope there will be more items with designs focused on women from Albanian/Illyrian history, culture and mythology.

Beautiful and meaningful

I loved these mugs since I saw them. I ordered the Queen Teuta and King Gent mugs, I received them and they were just as in the picture. Great quality and I always love some Albanian history and culture. These mugs make a perfect gift. A king and a queen for a beautiful couple!
